Smackdown
I've been smacked down by a nasty sinus headache for most of today. Welcome to Monday, I guess. I felt AWFUL last night (still want to apologize to Jesse and Danielle for being such a bum) and this morning my head was splitting. It's still not that great right now, and I'm going to take sinus meds again before I go to bed.
In the meantime..
Danielle sent me a link to an AMV, which uses The Killers' "Mr. Brightside" with clips from Final Fantasy X and X-2. Whoever made it (not the poster, apparently) did a really nice job.
Oh yes, I did get my new phone! I even had them change my number to a local area code (my mother is thrilled). It's really entertaining, and will be more so once my micro SD card arrives in the mail so I can put my own songs and pictures on it. The one drawback is, apparently the data cable I bought for it DOES NOT WORK WITH THE PHONE. This is a very common problem, according to the forums on Cingular's website and various other sites. There does not seem to be a fix for it at this time; I'm just glad I have a card reader so I can put things directly onto the SD card... but you better believe that cable's going back to the store. Sheesh.
Well, the kitties are clamoring for dinner, and I think I'm going to read a bit more of The Historian before bed.
