Masashi is Hiroyuki's best friend, and the fourth member of the quartet of main characters (Akari, Hiro, Shiho, Masashi). He is a very amiable, sweet (and cute!!) guy who participates in a variety of sports. Masashi is also an honor student - which I doubt is the case with Hiroyuki. ^_^;

Masashi gives his all to everything he does - this is particularly evident when he's pushing himself hard during sports events (successfully too - he's a star in all his events). He is quite popular with his teammates (and I'm SURE there are plenty of girls who love him too).

Happily for Masashi-chan, there is one girl out of our cast of characters who likes HIM rather than Hiroyuki - Kotone. I can see it, can't you? ^_^
