Multi [HMX-12] marks an amazing advance in technology: she is a very human-looking robot maid, the latest product of Kurusugawa Electronics (a large branch of the even larger company owned by Serika and Ayaka's family). Along with being completely adorable, Multi is an extremely enthusiastic worker, although she sometimes takes on jobs a tad too big for her petite size.

While Multi is not human (she doesn't have to eat or sleep - although she does need to recharge), she still has emotions and desires. She wants to do the best job she can; to help as much as possible. Sadly, she has competition: her "big sister," Serio [HMX-13]. Personally I think it's a clear choice between them. While Serio has lots of nifty technological features that Multi doesn't have, Multi's earnest nature and endearing personality should have won the scientists over hands-down.

As she becomes a closer friend of Akari and Hiroyuki, she gets to expand her horizons outside of merely fulfilling her function. Her new friends don't treat her like an android - they treat her like a person. DORYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! ^_^
