Serio [HMX-13] is a beautiful robot maid. She is the "sister" of Multi [HMX-12] - the upgrade, if you will. Serio is much taller and looks older than Multi, but obviously was created after her. As far as fulfilling her cleaning and household duties, Serio can't be beat. She's got a satellite hookup which can be used to give directions, along with superior cleaning (and probably cooking) skills.

Serio completes her trial period at Sanyo Girls' School, which is attended by Kurusugawa Ayaka. For this reason, we don't see her nearly as much as Multi. Sorry, Serio fans! ^_^;;

What Serio lacks (IMHO) is the human element Multi possesses. Serio's face is completely emotionless and while she is a suitable companion, she will not become a friend. In the end, that's what the scientists at Kurusugawa Electronics are going for; but in my heart it's just not the same. ^_^;
