This program lets you have Multi sit on top of your window. She has a cute kimono and you can also dress her up as mochi, "a traditional Japanese dessert/candy that is usually eaten on New Year's." (Thank you to Miaka for setting me straight on this one.) Works with Windows 98, that's all I can tell you. From Christian Wizzard's site.
