Ok, most of what I can tell you about the manga I got from browsing around the AQUAPLUS site... which is in Japanese. I also had a lot of help from Danna. Thanks so much... I hope I've got some of my mistakes fixed now.

@ There are 3 volumes of "To Heart" manga by Degenki Comics, plus an extra volume called "Multi, ganbarimasu!" (basically: "Multi, you can do it!"). Vols. 1-4: 550 yen; Multi special: 510 yen.

@ DNA Media Comics has a To Heart manga series which is up to 14 volumes... plus two volumes of "To Heart: 4 Koma Kings" ("4 koma" means they're 4-panel comic strips). These look darn cute. ^_^ Vols. 1-14 829 yen each; 4 Koma Kings vol. 1: 562 yen, vol. 2: 619 yen.

@ Up next: Two volumes of "To Heart Anthology Game Comics." They appear to each have color illustrations and a comic; vol. 2 has something called a "pop stand" but I'm not sure what that means. These are by Shin Heart Comics, and go for 848 yen.

@ Hmm... next we have "To Heart Super Comics" by Enix Super Comics. Apparently there are at least 36 volumes (thanks to Sariko for this info) - the drawing style is very cute. 729 yen each.

@ Enix also has 7 volumes of "To Heart: 4 Koma Manga" (more 4-panel comics) which appear to be "game comics." Apparently they are drawn by several different artists - the drawing style is very different on each cover. These are 619 yen.

@ Enix strikes again. There are two volumes of "To Heart: Heart & Heart" for 762 yen each, and it says something there about a "postcard gallery." Hmm.

Wow... all this stuff, and this isn't even counting the art books! *u* Wish more of it would show up on eBay though...
